A group of Los Angeles County Superior Court judges are opposing Proposition 36, the drug treatment initiative on the November 7 ballot. The campaign favoring Prop. 36, the California Campaign for New Drug Policies, issued this statement by campaign manager Dave Fratello in rebuttal of the judges' comments.
